Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Secretarial Science/Management/ Library Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years in Document Controller role involving Project documents safekeeping, re-production, disposal of records and procedures with at least 5 years working experience in secretarial / office administration
- Attended ISO 9001 Training
- Possess effective Filing and Management System
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills
- Possesses good interpersonal and organizational skills
